Our institutional practice focuses on all aspects of the development and zoning processes. Institutions oftentimes are not aware of the extent to which the development process is regulated and how motivated, organized and sophisticated opposition have become.  Gildea & Schmidt, LLC provides knowledgeable legal counsel concerning all facets of the zoning and development processes, beginning with the initial due diligence and assessment stages, then acquisition, entitlement approvals with local, state and federal governments and, as needed, prosecuting or defending related appeals.
