Jason T. Vettori
Jason T. Vettori is an associate who has been practicing law for nine years. Prior to joining Gildea & Schmidt, LLC, Mr. Vettori practiced in a variety of areas of law, including, but not limited to, surety bonding, medical malpractice, personal injury and asbestos law. His practice currently focuses primarily on real estate development, land use and zoning issues. He has appeared in various courts and before administrative agencies and tribunals throughout the State.
Mr. Vettori assists clients in obtaining zoning and development approvals in Howard County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City. In addition, he assists clients in code enforcement and other related administrative law matters.
Mr. Vettori facilitates land use and permit approvals for local, regional, and national developers in complex commercial and residential development and zoning matters. He has represented clients in administrative and state tribunals. In addition, he has represented clients in adverse possession and other real estate law matters.
Mr. Vettori is a member of the Maryland and Baltimore County Bar Associations. He is a member of the planning and development committee of the Greater Towson Committee, Inc. (GTC). He is a member of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce and the Home Builders Association of Maryland, Howard County Chapter. In 2006, Mr. Vettori served on the Howard County Economic Development Transition Team for County Executive Ken Ulman.
Mr. Vettori graduated from Duke University in 1996, where he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. After graduating from law school, he spent a year as the law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Cahill, Sr., in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
