Our Real Estate Transactions Group represents both commercial financing institutions and entrepreneurs in negotiating and documenting all types of real estate financing transactions, which includes providing all necessary due diligence tasks. This includes a review of the deal structure as well as title insurance, zoning issues, leases, easements and other potential clouds on title. Our knowledge of commercial finance is supplemented by the extensive knowledge of the Land Use and Zoning Group to ensure our clients’ legal needs are fulfilled.

Moreover, this Group represents a variety of Tenants and Landlords covering a range of uses including industrial, retail, and residential. Leases are often thought of as a routine transaction; nevertheless, they dictate who bears many of the finiancial and legal risks in a transaction.
